Content Lock protects under 18s from accessing 18+ content, unmoderated user generated sites and illegal content. To remove content lock, you will need to prove your age as above 18, using any one of the following methods:

• To access interactive websites such as Youtube and social networking sites such as Twitter, text MODERATE to 879. To prevent children from accessing these sites text STRICT to 879.
• Call 1818 and provide your credit card details.
• Visit My T-Mobile (click here to login) and Remove Content Lock under the 'My Phone' menu.
• Bring in your proof of age at any T-Mobile store.
