Complaining about another user
If another member is sending you offensive messages then we suggest you use the ignore command in chatrooms or the block command for Match & chat to stop receiving messages. If you do to want complain you can ring customer services or send an SMS as below

- Type complain followed by their nickname and the details of the complaint- for example, complain Frank he is sending rude and abusive messages

Using your Contact List
Anyone you meet using Match & chat is added automatically to your contact list. You can also add to your contact list by saving friends from chatrooms. You can then send a text message to your friends directly using the send command

- Type save followed by the contact's nickname - for example, save Smiler
- Send the message to 2428
Sending a message
- Using the menu options on your phone, go to the 'write text message' screen
- Type send followed by the nickname of the person you are sending the message to, then the message- for example, send Smiler how r u doin?

Viewing your contact list
